Why Exhibit?

At SimTecT and SimHealth, sponsors and exhibitors will have access to 1000+ attendees from two of Asia Pacific’s premier simulation conferences for industry, government and academia. Delegates will attend from a range of traditional industries, including:

New initiatives for 2013 include:

  • Space for major exhibits
  • Conference app included for all delegates and sponsors
  • Dedicated meeting space for exhibitors to connect with delegates, and an app driven meeting planning service to get in touch
  • Extended daily lunch break to allow greater interaction between delegates, exhibitors, authors and presenters
  • Access to delegates via an app to arrange individual meetings (subject to opt in by delegates)
  • Friday Simulation Summit, ensuring greater exhibition attendance on Thursday afternoon

Exhibition Packages

Morning teas, lunches and afternoon teas will all be held in the exhibition hall for the duration of the conference, allowing ample networking opportunities between exhibitors and delegates. A comprehensive information manual regarding exhibitor move in and move out, equipment and furniture hire, deliveries, accommodation and registration will be forwarded to confirmed exhibitors at a later date.

In addition to exhibition space each exhibition registration includes:

  • Entry to the exhibition
  • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea in the exhibition each day
  • Welcome Reception
  • Simulation Australia Annual Awards Dinner

Attendance to the conference sessions is not included. Additional representatives from your company are not included in the exhibition package and must be registered separately. The cost for additional representatives can be invoiced together with your exhibition package.

Major Exhibits & Custom Booths

Organisations wanting to book space in the exhibition for major exhibits and custom booths should contact the conference organiser to discuss a custom package. Please do so prior to Monday 18 February 2013 to ensure space is available. Benefits may include:

  • Customised space in the exhibition for booths and/or equipment
  • Registrations for staff to attend the exhibition and conference sessions, catering, Welcome Reception and the Simulation Australia Annual Awards Dinner
  • The opportunity to host speeches, drinks or other special events at your booth during the conference (must be booked in advance and approved by Simulation Australia)

Single Exhibition Booth

Members - $3,900
Non Members - $4,100

Double Exhibition Booth

Members - $7,410
Non Members - $7,790

  • One double exhibition booth (6m x 3m)
  • Four exhibition registrations

Exhibition Booth Components
Each 3m x 3m booth will include:

  • Velcro compatible covered wall panelling 2.4 m high
  • Name board
  • Two 120 watt spotlights
  • One standard power feed, maximum loading of 5 amps
  • Complimentary wi-fi access

Micro Booth

Members - $1,900
Non Members - $2,000

  • One micro exhibition booth (Size 1.5m x 0.40)
  • One exhibition registration
  • Delegate attendance list (subject to permission of delegate)
  • Company name listed in conference literature

How to Confirm

To confirm your participation in the 2013 conference, please download the Exhibition brochure, complete the form at the back of the brochure and return it to the conference organisers. You will receive a tax invoice for payment of 50% deposit due, and a confirmation letter outlining your sponsorship benefits together with a comprehensive information manual once the deposit has been paid. Final payment of 50% is due no later than 5 July 2013.
